Looking for NOD32 for your business? It’s now called ESET PROTECT
For years, the antivirus from ESET for businesses was sold under the name NOD32. The name is still very well known, but today ESET reserves it for its home products. Business protection is called ESET PROTECT and is sold in three editions: Entry, Advanced, and Complete.
The detection engine is the same as always. What changes is what comes with it: a cloud console from which you manage all devices, plus features designed for businesses that home antivirus software doesn’t offer.
NOD32 Home vs ESET for Business: What’s Different
| ESET NOD32 Antivirus (Home) | ESET PROTECT (Business) | |
| Who it’s for | Individuals and families | Businesses and freelancers, from 5 devices |
| How it’s managed | Device by device | All devices via a cloud console |
| Servers | No | Yes: Windows Server and Linux, with the same license |
| Installation on many devices | Manual | Remote, all at once |
| Reports and alerts | On each device | Centralized, for the IT manager |
If you already use NOD32 on some office computers, moving to ESET PROTECT is straightforward: users still see a familiar interface, and you gain control over all devices.
